This unique handmade circular weaving is created out of all recycled and upcycled materials. Included are several yarns of various colors and textures and upcycled cotton fabrics. I have given them a place to rest, and now they need a home.
All fabrics are deconstructed and reconstructed by me in my home studio located in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
Allow this 13" in diameter woven wall hanging to add an eclectic grounding to a wall in need within your home. It would make a terrific addition to any gallery wall. Housed within a metal hoop wrapped in donated spent climbing rope from Rock Central Gym, Rochester, NY and recycled sari ribbon from India (Fair Trade from Lois of www.etsy.com/shop/VictorianGypsyGirl).
Hanging hardware has been installed for your decorating pleasure. Weavings require little care. To dust, simply tap the back of the weaving. Carefully snip off any unwanted shag. Do not use lint rollers and it is advised to keep your new darling out of direct, harsh sunlight.
All weavings are packed lovingly in recycled materials. Free shipping is included with every domestic order.
