FIVE BUDDHAS is handwoven using an assortment of recycled fibers such as cotton macrame cord, wools, art and acrylic yarns. The beautifully detailed wooden picture frame is custom built from a framer and is finished with a paper backing signed by me and a hanging wire to ensure a graceful transition into your heart and home.

The process I use to warp a picture frame is an original ToolBoxEarth design. I wanted to figure out how to truly marry a picture frame and a weaving, so I did. This method does not require the use of added hardware such as prongs, nails, or studs. Rather, the weaving is built into the frame instead of attached using the mentioned hardware. FIVE BUDDHAS is a unique, original piece of art, like you and I.

The large framed weaving measures 22x18x1" and would make a grounding addition to any space in your home as a focal point or center piece of a gallery wall.
