-bike rim border from working bikes
all materials are deconstructed by hand then reconstructed into the artwork shown here. the spokes of the bike rim are removed by hand. all the fabrics are ripped/cut by hand. in-house.

with a 1" depth of the bike rim
a fabric strip has been securely attached to the back of the original art work as hanging hardware. there are signs of rust and distress on the rim that add an element of longevity.
